Attorney Fees

We provide quality legal advice and services in a cost effective manner. Our policy is to provide fixed-fee pricing for both legal fees and expenses for the agreed upon scope of work so you will know up front how much our services cost. On transactions which for whatever reason are not finalized and do not “close,” we will defer billing on any such non-closed transaction to the next transaction which does close. In this way, we can encourage our clients to look at as many potential transactions as necessary to find the right fit without the worry of having to pay for each transaction which is not a fit. We do not bill for initial consultations or for phone or email communications with clients. Similarly, we do not bill for long distance phone charges, deliveries, photocopying or postage.
